#5 Union Beats Knights in DHOC

Grayson, KY – Kentucky Christian faced a monumental task as they played the NAIA #5 ranked basketball team in the Union Bulldogs. UC looked every bit of their lofty billing as they handled the home standing Knights, 61-100.
Kirk Pence led his team with 22-pts on 9-14 shooting and a team-high 4-5 from behind the 3-pt arc. He also led the Knights on the glass from his guard position with six rebounds. The only other Knight in double-digits was Deondre Ross with 12 pts and added two steals.
Who's Up Next
The Knights will play Montreat College this coming Saturday in North Carolina as the second half of the AAC basketball twin bill. The game is set to tip at 4:00 PM.
