Cross Country at Louisville

Louisville, KY – The KCU cross country teams made the annual trek west on I-64 to compete in the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic. This event is a draw for collegiate teams from all divisions (NCAA, NAIA, etc.) and everywhere in the Midwest.
Knights Stats
- For the second consecutive year, Evan Leist set a PR on the Louisville course. Besting his 2019 record by 33 seconds, running a 25:18.6. In doing so, he finished 13th overall in the non-NCAA I portion of the race.
- James Overholser (27:54.8), Dylan French (29:52.2) with a PR, and Christian Regan (31:16.2) round out the men's portion of the competition for KCU.
- Julia Graves led the KCU women with a 22:09.1 for her morning's effort.
- On the women's side, Abriella Edelen (23:47.1), Emily Brackob (24:18.9), and Ally Collins (24:33.5) also ran for the Knights.
Up Next
Kentucky Christian travels to compete in the Queens University Royals XC Challenge in Charlotte, NC. The meet will be run on Friday, October 9th.
