Golf Teams Compete in UPike Invitational

Prestonsburg, KY – The men's and women's golf teams traveled down US 23 to play in the University of Pikeville Invitational Tournament. This event saw teams from UPike, Midway University and Bluefield College, as well as our Knights on the men's side. On the women's half of the tournament, to go along with the Lady Knights and UPike were teams from Georgetown College, Midway and Ohio Valley University. Stone Crest Golf Course (Prestonsburg, KY) served as host for two full days of college golf action.

The Women's team was led in both rounds by freshman Mallory Web with rounds of 85 and 86. The Women's team also shot a Team season best score in round 2. with a score of 386. Senior Ansley Rothwell made an eagle 3 on the par 5 12th hole.
