Knights Place 7th at SSU

McDermott, OH – The men's golf team had a short drive for their most recent match as they found themselves in a very competitive field in the Shawnee State Fall Invitational at The Elks Country Club. The Knights finished the two-day event with rounds totaling 658, shooting 332 in the first round and improving with a 326 in round two.

The Knights were led by freshman Chandler Easterling finishing in 21st place with a two-round total of 157, scoring in the 70's both days. He opened the invitational with a 79 in round one and finished with a 78 the next day. The Knights will be finishing their Fall Season next week competing in the AAC Fall Championship at Barnsley Gardens Resort in Adairsville, Georgia.
