PNC Lenny Lyles Pre Meet

The Kentucky Christian Track and Field program travels to Louisville, KY on Friday and Saturday to compete in the Lenny Lyles Invitational hosted by the University of Louisville. What a difference a year
can make for a program. Head Coach Tim Veach still in his first year at the helm has assembled an immense amount of talent in a short amount of time. Veach credits hitting the recruiting trail nonstop where he has signed 24 total recruits, of which 11 are All State performers from 5 different states and 2 All Americans. He also commends his fellow coaches within the Athletic Department for their willingness to share their sports superstars.

Veach has been very low key about his team goals this year. But says, "it will be clear in a matter of a month to everyone in the State, the AAC, and the NCCAA what we are shooting for." "This will be the best Track Team ever assembled at Kentucky Christian University!' "Our depth in Jumps, Throws and Multi's will be a tough battle for other teams."

Athletes to keep an eye on include: Ja'Raylan Johnson in the Long Jump, Reid Strebeck in the High Jump, Dashawn Webster in the High Jump, Jaina Bailey and Lauren Hannah in the Weight Throw.
