Women's Soccer Loses to Milligan

Grayson, KY – The Kentucky Christian women's soccer team hosted the Milligan University Buffs in an Appalachian Athletic Conference tilt. When to full 90 minutes had expired, the Buffs owned a 0-3 win.

Knights Stats

• Victoria Damien led the Knights with four shots, followed closely by Maria Rojas (SR/Jackson, NJ)' and Cacia Larsen (SO/Salt Lake City, UT)'s three.
• Rounding out the shot chart were Ariel Herter (FR/Fort Knox, KY) with two shots and one each by Abigail Esquivel (FR/Wylie, TX) and Abbie Hibbs (JR/Danville, KY).
• Millie Conod (FR/Walsall, England) got the start in net and stopped four of the seven shots she faced.

Team Totals

• Offensively, KCU matched the Buffs in the number of shot taken and led Milligan in corner kicks for the game.

The Winning Factor

• Milligan's first-half shot total nearly doubled that of the Knights, leading to the two first half goals they converted.
